Rocketbird Goes VIP at Outside Lands (Again)

We were thrilled to partner up with Global Gourmet Catering and be a part of the VIP experience at this year’s Outside Lands music festival at San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park.

Last year the event took place over the Halloween weekend, but it was back to its usual August dates with this year’s sold-out three-day event, with over 200,000 attendees over the weekend.

Festival-goers were treated to beautiful weather, and stellar performances from Green Day, Post Malone, SZA, Jack Harlow, Weezer, Disclosure, and Phoebe Bridgers, along with, of course, lots and lots of amazing food.

We were fortunate enough to be invited to participate again for the second year in a row as part of Global Gourmet’s VIP North Concessions experience at Outside Lands, serving up three of our most popular fried chicken sandwiches as daily specials:

FRIDAY

Cali Bird Sandwich

Rocketbird Crispy Mary’s Organic Chicken Breast

Rocketbird Bacon Tomato Jam, Basil Aioli

Little Gem Lettuces, Potato Bun

SATURDAY

Island Bird Sandwich

Rocketbird Crispy Mary’s Organic Chicken Breast

SUNDAY

We are extremely grateful to Global Gourmet for letting us be a part of it all, and for those kind fried chicken lovin’ souls in VIP for buying our chicken sandwiches and supporting our business. We hope to see you again next year!
